The ROMA-GEM project is moving forward with the creation of one of its most important outcomes: the Training Curriculum for young Roma women.

As part of Phase II, our partners are designing a comprehensive learning programme focused on: ? Social entrepreneurship ? Digital entrepreneurship ? Ecological and green entrepreneurship The curriculum is being carefully tailored based on the needs identified during the project's research phase, ensuring that the training responds to real challenges and opportunities faced by young Roma women aged 14–25. Our goal is simple but powerful: To provide the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to transform ideas into sustainable initiatives and future career opportunities. These intellectual outputs will soon pave the way for the next stage of the project — direct implementation with participants and mentors.
